To access France Passion services (account and App), you must have ordered the Guide and created your France Passion account on the website.

• Your account is activated as soon as your order is processed, or on March 1 if you pre-ordered before that date.

• Are you creating your account after receiving the guide, or after buying it from a retailer or dealer?

  In your account, in the "I enter my activation code" section, enter the guest card number and activation code printed on your Guest Card. These credentials are also sent to you by email if you ordered on our website.

Use the same login details to sign in to your France Passion account and to the App!

The ideal complement to the Stopover Guide, your France Passion account gives you access to real-time updates of stopovers (additional information, exceptional closures, new stopovers during the year) and to many features: stopover search, favorites, photos and reviews, festive events and exclusive benefits…

Your France Passion account allows you to plan your trips online and use the mobile app by logging in using the same details!

Complementing the Guide, the app makes it easy to find your chosen stopover and access all the information about the stopover sites for the year, as well as favourites, photos and community reviews.

It provides real-time updates on stopovers (additional information, closures due to special circumstances, new stopovers during the year, etc.).

Did you buy your guide from a retailer or a dealer? 

• Already have an account? Log in to your account and click on the block "I have a guest card to activate". Enter the card number and activation code printed on the Guest card delivered with the Guide.

• Don’t have an account? Create your account and, in the "I enter my activation code" section, enter the card number and activation code printed on the Guest card delivered with the Guide.

You can now access all the features of the App and the france-passion.com website!

Please note, you cannot activate your account in the app; you must do it on the france-passion.com website.

France Passion operates on the principle of “1 guide per user”.

Out of respect for our members and for the security of our IT systems, you cannot log in with several devices at the same time using the same account.

In the Guide and on the app, you will find the GPS coordinates in decimal format for each stopover. It is important not to follow your GPS blindly and to check that it matches the directions in the Guide, as access routes may change from year to year.

On your GPS, use the "navigate to" or "search for coordinates" (latitude/longitude) function. Depending on the model, you may need to use "+" instead of N and E, and "-" for west longitude.

On the mobile app, the "Routes" (Itinéraire) button at the bottom of the host's profile allows you to directly open the GPS application of your choice.

The GPS coordinates of hosts are personal and confidential data: they must not be disseminated, shared or compiled, in accordance with the France Passion spirit, which is based on confidentiality, conviviality and safety.

Search for your stopovers and save them in your travel journals or favourites on the app.

Whether you are travelling in your motorhome or at home, using a computer, tablet or smartphone, every feature of the site has been designed to make your trips to France Passion stopovers easier.

- Search for stopovers using geographical criteria or keywords, or proximity to your location.

- View "stopover information sheets": photos, location, GPS coordinates, days when closed, etc.

- Search for festive or gastronomic events organised by your hosts (open days, farm markets, festivals, exhibitions, etc.)

- Calculate routes and create personalised travel journals

- Share reviews and testimonials from fellow motorhome owners

Log in to your France Passion account

• From the app:

- Search for and select the relevant stopover, then click the “more info” button to open its page.

- In the green box, click on the “reviews” menu to the right of “info”. Then click on “I leave a review”. You can give a rating by choosing the number of stars to display and write your comment. A checkbox lets you choose whether your review is private or not.

- Finally, click on the orange “Send” button.

• From the website:

- Log in to your account by clicking the “Log in” button at the top right of your window, then selecting “My France Passion account”. In the “I already have an account” section, enter your login details.

- Select the desired stopover in the “stopover search” menu. Open its page and scroll down to the green “I give my review” button. You can rate the welcome and the parking, and leave a comment.

- Then click the blue “Save” button.

On the Website: 

• Log in to your account, click on the “My Favourites” section to view all your journals
• Click on “Add a travel journal” and enter the desired name. For example, “Wine Route”
• Once the journal has been created, click on it and then on “Add a stop”
• Search for a stop to find the one you want to select, then click on the green “add to my journal” button.
• Finally, select the journal to which you want to add it

On the mobile App: 

• Select the stop you are interested in and open its stop details page
• Click on the heart at the top right to add it to a journal
• Click on the “new” button at the top of the new window
• Enter the desired travel journal name (e.g.: “Drôme”), then click on “Create”.
• If you want to view your newly created journal, go back to the Favourites tab. 
• If you want to add other stops to this journal, search for them and repeat the process by clicking on the “heart” button at the top right before selecting the journal in which to store them.

Our small team considers every submitted review to be important. Your feedback allows us to adjust our information in real time and to take the pulse of the network. For this reason, we personally moderate every review sent in. There can therefore be a processing delay, sometimes significant during busy periods. Thank you for your patience.

However, please note that only reviews directly related to the reception of motorhomes are published. Reviews concerning your hosts’ paid services that are unrelated to the France Passion concept, or relating to particular or temporary situations (host exceptionally absent, one-off event preventing parking, relationship issues, etc.) are not published.

When submitting your review, be sure not to untick the box “Share your review”, otherwise your review will remain “Private” and only visible to you.

The France Passion Guide (with its guest card and sticker) and access to the app or member area are linked to a motorhome user, not a vehicle.

Access is only possible with your email address and password.

People renting your vehicle who wish to use our app or the member area on france-passion.com must join our network directly.

They will enjoy unlimited access to more than 2,000 free stopovers throughout France for the price of 1 or 2 nights at a campsite ;)

*Stopovers are reserved for motorhomes, campervans and converted vans that are 100% self-sufficient in terms of water, toilet facilities, electricity, etc.
