La Ferme du Wint is a striking example of a family’s commitment to organic farming. Since it was founded in 1998 by Alain Leduc and his wife, the farm has diversified while maintaining an environmentally friendly approach. Their organic orchard in Brunembert is renowned for its quality products, particularly apple juice and cider, which have helped build their reputation.

The Brunembert Orchards

The orchard, certified organic, is the heart of the farm. Carefully cultivated, the apple trees produce tasty fruit that is processed into a variety of popular products. Respect for natural cycles and the absence of chemical products guarantee healthy and delicious apples.

Expansion into Dairy Products

The new generation, represented by Isabelle, Nicolas, and Mickael, has enhanced the farm by adding a cheese dairy. These dairy products, also certified organic, include a range of cheeses that complement the shop’s offerings. This development reflects a desire to diversify while preserving the ecological values at the core of the farm.

The Mushroom Farm

In 2020, a mushroom farm was established on the property, adding yet another string to the bow of this dynamic operation. This new activity makes it possible to offer high-quality fresh mushrooms, grown in compliance with organic standards.
