Data collection

France Passion collects your data.
Personal data is defined as any information concerning an identified or identifiable physical person; identifiable denotes a person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular using a name, identification number, or using any of a number of elements specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity.
Personal information collected on the France Passion site is used by the editor to manage their relations with you.

Right to access, rectify and withdraw your data

Each person has the right to access their own personal data, as well as the right to alter and oppose it. Each person also has the right to withdraw their data, and to data portability for the data they have transmitted to the organism responsible for processing it. Each request must be accompanied by a signed photocopy of a valid identification document, and should mention the address where the editor should contact you. Replies will be sent within a month of receiving the request. This one month delay may be extended by two months if the complexity and/or number of requests warrants it.

Data usage

Personal data collected on our site is used to send you newsletters, either with your express permission, or within the limits allowed by law. We may also use your data if necessary in order to fulfil our legal and/or regulatory obligations.
In the case of any type of infraction in which either party is implicated, and for which the judicial authorities have need of the information contained in the data collected, said data will be transmitted to the aforementioned authorities upon their specific and reasoned request, and will no longer benefit from the legal provisions for the protection of personal data.
Where providing certain personal information is obligatory to access specific functions of the website, the editor will indicate the mandatory nature of the information when it is entered.

Cookies

A “cookie” or tracker is a digital file placed on a terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone…).
Whilst navigating this site “cookies” emanating from this site and/or from other companies may be placed on your terminal.
The first time a user visits the site a banner explaining how “cookies” are used will be displayed. On all following visits the user is deemed to have been informed and to have consented to the use of said “cookies”. Their consent is valid for a period of thirteen (13) months.
Any information collected will be used only for the following purposes: monitoring of type, configuration and volume of traffic using the site, developing and improving the conception and design of the site, administrative and planning tasks, and more generally to improve the service we offer.
